Spanish Language Program
What better way to learn the language, than by living the culture? Enjoy an ever-changing classroom while you experience the beautiful sites and unique traditions of Mexico. Your personal instructor and guide will introduce you to our fascinating history and customs, while helping you develop a comfortable use of Spanish.

PLI Spanish programs were developed with the most advanced immersion methodologies, guaranteeing you a quick working proficiency in Spanish and advancement in various communicative skills. Our classes are offered at every level, and are tailored to fit your individual needs and personal goals. So, whether you are a beginner learning the Spanish alphabet, or a bilinguist wishing to improve your grammar, we have a program designed specifically for you!

Our total immersion programs are offered year-round and start every Monday of every week. Additional programs may be customized for small groups as well. In other words, if you don’t see the exact type of courses you need, let us know. We will be happy to work with you to develop a learning plan that addresses the topics and skills that will be most beneficial to you. Academic Programs
Professional Language Institute's Spanish programs have the highest academic standards, and we ensure the improvement of your language skills, as well as an understanding of Mexico’s history and culture. Programs consist of private tutoring sessions, as well as individual and/or group University courses in various different fields of study. All teachers are native speakers with years of teaching experience.

Excursions & Cultural Experiences
Each week, field study trips are sponsored to places of historic and cultural interest.

   *Various tours, each having a different emphasis. -i.e., art, architecture, legends,
    history, etc.

Course Costs
Tuition is determined using several factors, including the number of weeks of study, housing, and the participation with a group. Additional expenses include private tutoring and participation in activities and excursions. All prices are quoted per student and in U.S. dollars. One-time enrollment fee: $75. Each course includes 4 hours of classroom instruction five days per week, Monday through Friday. (Programs can be adjusted to have more or fewer hours per day.) An estimated cost for a 4 week stay is $1,375.00 USD. This includes 20 hours of intensive Spanish classes, room and board with a Mexican family, one field trip, and materials. University Courses Tuition costs for University courses with academic credits vary, depending on the type and length of the course you will be taking. Please contact us for more detailed information. Group organizers, coordinators, and faculty members You will study ABSOLUTELY FREE and receive a COMPLEMENTARY tour package! Discounts on other programs and services are also available.

Accommodations
While you enjoy your stay and learning experience in Mexico, living with a Mexican family is the best way to maximize your advancement in the acquisition of the language and its culture! All of our families have been carefully screened and selected to provide the best atmosphere for our students. It is important to mention that all families are middle-class or higher and do not depend financially on the fees received from our students. Private room for one person (includes 2 meals per day): $ 18 U.S. dollars/day or $ 126 per week. Other accommodations such as hotels and long-term apartment rentals are also available upon request.
